Dr. L.Prathiba is working as an Associate Professor at Ashoka Women�??s Engineering College, Kurnool. She completed PhD with Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam, Tirupathi, under the esteemed guidance of honorable Prof. T. Sobha Rani. Her overall experience in teaching is more than a decade in the fraternity of Business management. She has published more than 15 research papers in reputed International, National and Scopus journals of which 5 research papers are indexed. She has attended 10 International Conferences, 30 National Conferences, 20 National workshops and 10 FDPs. She has written book on stress management and got published by Himalaya publishers. She received National faculty award i,e Best women faculty award 2024 from Novel Research Academy Puducherry. She is the convenor of ICC and Women Empowerment Cell at Ashoka Women�??s Engineering College. She received 5 NPTEL certification courses from IIT-Masdras on different subjects. She received Patent on title IOT AND AI BASED HEALTH MONITORING SYSTEMS FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. She Secured 1st rank in RESET 2017 conducted by Sri Padmavathi Mahila Vishwa Vidhyalayam, Tirupathi. Dr.L.Prathiba has AD SCIENTIFIC INDEX CERTIFICATE. She has served as a resource person for various FDPs and workshops focused on Business Analytics.
